Oct. 8
Retail theft: At 12:32 p.m. Troopers arrested a 40-year-old Morton man who took a $64 Eagles beanie from Boscov’s in Middletown.
Oct. 3
Theft: Troopers responded to Judith Lane in Middletown for the report of theft by deception reported by the 83-year-old victim.
Sept. 29
Vehicle theft: About 5 a.m., a 58-year-old Delaware man left his vehicle running and unlocked while he went onto the Wawa in the 1400 block of Wilmington-West Chester Pike in Chadds Ford. An unidentified male entered the vehicle and drove north. The vehicle was recovered four hours later at Delaware State University.

DUI: At 9:13 a.m., troopers responded to Interstate 95 south in Tinicum for a woman behind the wheel of a 2008 Ford Focus unconscious. The 61-year-old from Folsom was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and arrested.
Sept. 26
Fight: Troopers investigated an incident where two juvenile males got into a minor altercation at their school on Valleybrook Road in Chester Heights. The incident is being handled by the parents and the school.
Sept. 25
Retail theft: At 5:45 p.m., troopers responded to Five Below in Edgmont for a person who stole $357 in phone chargers.
Sept. 20
Break-in: Troopers responded to the Marathon gas station on South Old Middletown Road in Middletown Township for a shattered side window. Two cash registers were taken and the safe was damaged.
Sept. 14
Warrant: At 12:47 a.m., troopers stopped a 2003 Mercedes on Interstate 95 at mile marker 8.9 south. The operator, Donald Parkell, was found to be wanted out of Delaware. He was charged with access device fraud and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sept. 1
ID theft: Troopers report a male, age 69, who was notified by Verizon that an account was opened in his name.
Jewelry theft: Troopers responded to Old Barn Drive for the theft of solid diamond valued at $10,000 and diamond, emerald, ruby and gold bangles valued at $15,000.
Aug. 30
DUI: Troopers responded to an accident at 2 p.m. at West Baltimore Pike and West Walnut Hill Boulevard in Chester Heights It was determined one of the operators, a 60-year-old Concord woman, was driving under the influence of alcohol.
Theft: Residents from Highland Drive in Chester Heights reported credit card fraud using their information with items shipped to other locations. Sales were cancelled.
Aug. 29
Theft: Troopers responded to Hoffman’s Mill Road in Chadds Ford shortly after midnight for the reports of items being taken out of a Honda CRV. There was $847 rung up on stolen credit cards.
Aug. 23
Harassment: Troopers responded to a medical office at 500 Evergreen Drive in Concord for the report of a woman being assaulted by someone in her workplace. A citation was issued to a 70-year-old Wilmington woman.
Aug. 16
Drugs: At 2:44 a.m., troopers stopped a silver Chevy Malibu on Interstate 95 south in Tinicum for traffic violations. Multiple indicators of criminal activity were detected and the vehicle was towed pending a search warrant.
Aug. 9
Burglary: A 62-year-old man from South New Middletown Road found his rear door open. An $800 diamond and gold ring was found missing.
July 18
Drugs: Troopers responded to District Court at 485 Baltimore Pike Concord for drugs found. Two individuals were attempting to deliver them to prisoners.
July 12
Retail theft: At 8:22 p.m., Troopers responded to Wawa in the 1000 block of Baltimore Pike Middletown for the theft of two cases of Michelob Ultra.
