PHILADELPHIA, PA – A series of attempted fraudulent transactions occurred early Sunday morning, involving three suspects who reportedly used multiple stolen credit cards. The incident, which took place around 1:30 AM on April 21, involved the suspects entering various commercial establishments to make purchases.
The credit cards were allegedly taken from a vehicle prior to the attempted purchases. Following their spree, the three individuals fled on foot in an unspecified direction, eluding capture.
The suspects are all described as males with light complexions. The first individual has long hair and a slim build, last seen wearing a black jacket, grey pants, and white sneakers. The second has a slim build as well, dressed in a blue jacket, black t-shirt, grey sweatpants, and white sneakers. The third individual, with a heavy build, was noted for wearing a black t-shirt with pink designs.
No arrests have been made at this time, and the investigation is ongoing as authorities seek further information to identify and apprehend the suspects involved.

Buffalo Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Teen
BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Buffalo Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating 16-year-old Janaisha L. Rice. Janaisha, a black female, is described as approximately 5’6″, 150 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a light complexion.
She was last seen wearing blue jean shorts, a pink or red top, and sneakers. Her last known location was the 100 block of E. Amherst St. on June 17, 2024.
Anyone with information about Janaisha’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.

Maryland State Police Request Help Locating Fugitive Murder Suspect
SALISBURY, MD – Maryland State Police are actively seeking public assistance in the search for a suspect involved in a fatal shooting in Wicomico County last month. The suspect, identified as 27-year-old Fernando Medina-Moreta of Seaford, Delaware, is wanted in connection with the murder of 23-year-old Franklin Abraham Perez Rodriguez from Miami, Florida.
The incident occurred in the early hours of June 9, around 2:30 AM, when Salisbury Police officers were called to the 700 block of E. Naylor Mill Road due to a reported shooting. Preliminary findings suggest that a physical altercation took place between Rodriguez and Medina-Moreta, during which Medina-Moreta allegedly drew a firearm and shot Rodriguez. Following the shooting, Medina-Moreta fled the scene.
Rodriguez was subsequently rushed to TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The investigation, initially handled by Salisbury Police, has been transferred to Maryland State Police homicide detectives. Medina-Moreta is considered armed and dangerous.
Authorities urge anyone with information regarding Medina-Moreta’s whereabouts to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation and to help bring justice for the victim.
