ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) – Odessa police are investigating a credit card abuse case involving a man who used a victim’s credit card information to make around $4,000 in fraudulent purchases at a Verizon store.
The purchases were made at the Verizon at 4041 E. 42nd St, police say.
