Not surprisingly, qualified transactions receive the best rates while non-qualified transactions receive the least advantageous rates. While it will make your monthly statements easy to comprehend, the transaction fee will likely be higher than you were expecting as the provider will advertise the lowest possible rate and most transactions will not actually qualify.
