LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The Lexington Public Library is celebrating Library Card Sign-up Month by partnering with local businesses to offer cardholders perks throughout September.
The Lexington Public Library said Library Card Sign-up Month serves as an annual invitation to discover what a free library card has to offer. This month, cardholders can also take advantage of discounts at local restaurants, coffee shops and more.
Cardholders can present their library cards, including digital cards, at the following locations for a discount:

A Lexington Public Library card can also be used to borrow print and digital materials, including books and audiobooks, online resources and learning spaces, such as makerspaces, a Digital Studio and the Kloiber Foundation STEAM Lab.
