Michelle Herman joined Mayer Brown as a partner in its global trade finance practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Herman advises borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border financing transactions across asset classes, including trade receivables, commercial loans, installment sales contracts, auto and equipment loans and leases, trademarks, natural gas assets, and other structured finance products. She has particular experience in trade receivables securitizations and other structured finance matters, and her ability to navigate bankruptcy, accounting, and commercial considerations enables her to provide practical, business-oriented advice to clients, the firm said.
